Customer Testimony
Even with extreme pain and limited mobility, God used these books to encourage, remind, teach, give hope, and draw me closer to Him. I loved these books!
I saw parts of my life in them as well as other women, and how to deal with life problems Anna tells(teaches) in these stories. God has used Anna to spur Christians on and draw non-believers to God and our Lord Jesus Christ!

Elizabeth’s latest venture is The Lady Fan Mystery series, published by Sapere Books. The novels feature amateur sleuth Lady Ottilia Fanshawe and a cast of family members including her husband and champion Lord Francis Fanshawe. She originally published Regency romances with Harlequin Mills & Boon and has many titles in her Brides by Chance Regency Adventures series, now also published by Sapere, as well as standalone Regency and Georgian romances.
Elizabeth also writes edgy women’s fiction: Her dual time novel Fly The Wild Echoes, which deals with past lives, and For One More Tomorrow, where the ghost of the real Macbeth returns, protesting his villainous portrayal by Shakespeare. And she has published a romantic suspense novella, Silence of a Stranger.

Award-winning author, J.T. Bishop, is a writer of mystery thrillers with a supernatural edge. Growing up, she read books by Stephen King, Mary Higgins Clark, and Dean Koontz, devoured every episode of The X-files, and watched plenty of TV shows with great partnerships that left her wanting more. She loves tangled relationships, unexpected twists and turns, heart-stopping love stories and the complications that come with all the above. Throw in a little supernatural fun and she’s hooked. Her evil plan is to hook you, too.
She’s the author of The Red-Line Trilogy and its sister series, The Fletcher Family Saga, which features touches of urban fantasy, light sci-fi, and paranormal romance. She’s also happily writing mystery thrillers featuring two charismatic detectives who may occasionally encounter a supernatural villain or two, and a crossover series which follows the exploits of a gifted, but troubled, paranormal P.I. and his spunky sister.
All the above keeps her busy, but in her spare time, she loves a good movie, tasty food, an unfortunate sugar addiction, and traveling.

Ramey James is the nom de plume of New York Times bestselling author Deanna Chase and RITA® award-winning editor Angie Ramey. After meeting online in a glass forum almost two decades ago and being “imaginary friends” for a while, they finally met in person and became instant besties.
Angie was there, cheering Deanna on when she wrote and published her first book. After years of being Deanna’s assistant and editor, the two finally teamed up to write about some of their own shenanigans in the fictional town they call Hoochville. Some of the scenes might be rooted in the truth, but they’ll never tell which.
Jennifer J. Morgan grew up in the desert Southwest where she always dreamed of becoming an author. Raised in New Mexico, and currently living in Arizona, she is a desert dweller through and through. Similar to her protagonist, Libby Madsen, she loves traveling and adventure.
When she was younger, she was a huge fan of mystery/suspense novels—favorites being Dean Koontz, James Patterson, and Sue Grafton. Cozy mystery is more of a favorite today—enjoying the fun and adventurous spirit of authors such as Connie Shelton, Tonya Kappes, and CJ Love.
When she’s not writing, Jennifer enjoys camping, hiking, and traveling with her husband and two dogs. She is also an arts and crafts nut, always taking on a new project that sparks her creativity.
Fun fact: Most of her characters in the Libby Madsen Cozy Mystery are named after beloved pets that have blessed her life over fifty+ years. She is a HUGE animal lover (dogs, cats, birds…). Given the chance, she’d rescue them all (including a few goats, chickens, ducks, you name it…). Or, as she likes to say, her animals have always rescued her.
Shelley grew up in California’s Central Valley, the daughter of Dust Bowl immigrants who made good on their ambition to get out of the field. She recently retired from teaching writing at Sacramento State University and still consults with writers in the energy industry. She serves as President of the Board of 916 Ink, an arts-based creative writing nonprofit for children, and serves on the Board of Advisors for the Gould Center for Humanistic Studies at Claremont McKenna College. She recently stepped down from co-directing Stories on Stage Sacramento, where actors perform the stories of established and emerging authors. She interviews mystery and thriller authors for the Mystery Review Crew. Copy Boy is her first Jane Benjamin Novel. Tomboy is her second. The third, Poster Girl, will come out in November 2023. (She Writes Press) Her writing has been a finalist in the Sarton Book Awards, IBPA Benjamin Franklin Awards, Killer Nashville’s Silver Falchion Award, the American Fiction Awards, and the National Indie Excellence Awards. She and her husband live in Sacramento, surrounded by photos of their out-of-town sons, their wonderful partners, very first grandchild, and a lifetime of beloved dogs.

Kelle Z. Riley, writer, speaker, Ph.D. chemist and safety/martial arts expert has been featured in public forums that range from local Newspapers to National television. Her work was featured in the April 2014 “Chicken Soup for the Soul: Living with Alzheimer’s and Other Dementias.” Her other publications include a romantic suspense (Dangerous Affairs), multiple short stories, a self-published memoire in honor of her father, and her debut mystery series featuring a scientist-turned-amateur-sleuth. A former Golden Heart Finalist, Kelle resides in Chattanooga, TN. She is the past program chair for the Chattanooga Writer’s Guild as well as a self defense instructor, a Master Gardener Intern and a full time chemist with numerous professional publications and U. S. patents. Kelle can be reached at www.facebook.com/kellezriley
She also has a dark side. To find out more, read on.
Kelle the writer.
She first began writing romance in 1999 as a hobby. It quickly became a second career. While she believes her writing skill is a God-given talent, she credits her writing success to an incredibly supportive network of professional writers, friends and family members who make it possible for her to pursue her dream.
“I’ve come a long way since I wrote, produced, directed and starred in a time-travel play in fifth grade,” she said. “But that was probably the first time I took the dreams in my head and put them on paper.” Over the years various teachers encouraged her. “I am so grateful for them. The confidence I built during those years is what keeps me writing.” In a business riddled with rejection, confidence and perseverance are critical.
She says one of the best things she did for her writing career was to join RWA (Romance Writers of America). “The national organization, my critique partners and chapter members transformed me from a wordsmith into a storyteller.” These days, she devotes weekends and evenings to spinning tales of heartache, hubris, and happily-ever-after. In 2005 she was nominated for the RWA Golden Heart award which recognizes the best in unpublished novel length romance fiction.
Married for over twenty years, she finds her inspiration in her real-life hero of a husband. “In fiction, the hero sweeps the lady off her feet and vanquishes evil villains. But in real life, lets face it, a hero sweeps crumbs off the counter and vanquishes piles of laundry. Without his help, I’d never have time to write.” He also patiently shares her affection with dozens of fictional heroes and believes that, on some level, they are all a reflection of him.
Kelle the scientist
During the day “Dr. Kelle Z” is a Ph.D. chemist for a major industrial company where she has been responsible for developing innovative water treatment technologies since 1989. A recognized specialist, she holds four U.S. patents and is the author of numerous technical publications. “People often ask why I don’t create heroines who are scientists,” she says, laughing. “Maybe its because I try to keep the two halves of my life separate. More likely its because I’m too close to the subject. I see my technical job as creative and demanding, but definitely not romantic.”
Still, she finds plenty of inspiration in the lab. “I frequently cast coworkers as characters in future novels. You’d be surprised at the unusual plot twists they have inspired.”
Asked if she would rather be remembered for her contributions as a scientist or as an author, she admits the decision is a difficult one. “People are always impressed with, and sometimes a little in awe of, a scientist, but the only thing they can share with you is the difficulty they had in chemistry class. On the other hand, almost everyone can identify with an author. They either tell me about their favorite book, or they tell me about the one they want to write.”
Kelle, the dark side
As if her writing and science weren’t enough, Kelle is a third degree karate black belt, and is a certified women’s self defense instructor for the nationally recognized “RADS” (Rape Aggression Defense System) program. Since beginning her martial arts career in 1985, she has studied Karate, Judo, Jujitsu, Aikido, Kendo, Arnis, Kobudo, and Women’s Self Defense. She designed and taught karate and self defense courses at the Ohio State University; the women’s “Choose to Lose” spa; local health and fitness centers; a women’s shelter; area “Women’s Ministries Retreats;” and presented self-defense talks to various writers’ groups. In addition, she has planed and hosted martial arts seminars whose topics range from self defense to advanced weapons training.
When a fictional hero turned out to be a martial arts instructor who fell in love with a survivor of domestic violence–no one was surprised. “I wanted to write a story that had the power to change lives, as well as entertain,” she said. While the story is currently unpublished, if her contest feedback is any indication, it does indeed have power.
Though Tana is an unapologetic Anglophile, she also has a passion for France. At fifteen she spent her summer studying French in Villard-de-Lans near Grenoble and fell in love with the French lifestyle. It wasn’t long before she realized that her lust for Paris and Bordeaux, where Art, Wine, and Crime is set, would keep calling her back. She shares that passion and many others with her husband, Tom. When they aren’t in the UK, France, or someplace else wonderful, they spend their time in Sanford, NC, and New Jersey with their amazing son, daughter-in-law, and two fabulous grandchildren.
